By enrolling in any course or service offered by Charts Talk Academy (hereinafter referred to as “the Academy”), you (“the Student”) agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. This document constitutes a legally binding contract between the Student and the Academy.

1. Registration and Enrollment

• The Student shall provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration.

• Submission of false, misleading, or incomplete information shall result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund or liability on the part of the Academy.

2. Batch Format and Scheduling

• Courses are conducted in fixed batches only.

• Personalized sessions may be offered at the sole discretion of the Academy and will be subject to separate charges.

• Students are required to maintain 100% attendance. Entry into the Algo Trading Subscription (if applicable) is contingent upon full attendance.

3. Class Start Policy & No Reminders

• The Academy follows a strict time schedule. Classes will begin sharply at the scheduled time, even if only one student is present.

• No reminders or follow-ups will be sent before class begins. Students are expected to join at least 10 minutes before class time.

• If no student joins within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time, the class will be considered cancelled, and no compensatory session will be provided.

4. Learning Discipline & Student Commitment

• Students are here to educate themselves, and active participation is crucial.

• Each student is expected to dedicate at least 1 hour in class and 1 hour at home daily for revision and practice.

5. Fees, Payments, and Discounts

• The full course fee must be paid in advance, prior to accessing any classes, materials, or tools.

• Payment methods include UPI, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, or Net Banking.

• The Academy does not entertain negotiations, discounts, or special pricing—regardless of relationship (friends, family, alumni, etc.).

• Access to tools, scanners, or automation features will be granted only after full payment is received.

6. Refund and Transfer Policy

• Fees once paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

• If a student is unable to attend their enrolled batch for genuine reasons, they may submit a written request to shift to one of the next three upcoming batches, subject to availability and Academy approval.

7. Access to Course Materials

• Upon full payment, the Student will receive access to course materials via a secure Google Drive folder.

• These materials are for personal, non-commercial use only and must not be shared, copied, or distributed.

• Course recordings are not provided by default. Only in exceptional cases, and at the Academy’s sole discretion, recordings of specific missed sessions may be shared.

• Not all concepts will be covered in a single session. Students are expected to follow the curriculum patiently and consistently.

8. Academic Integrity and Conduct

• All course content—including videos, PDFs, tools, and presentations—is the sole intellectual property of Charts Talk Academy.

• Unauthorized reproduction, sharing, or distribution will result in immediate termination of access and may lead to legal action.

• Students are expected to:

  • Maintain silence and attentiveness during class.

  • Join class 10 minutes early to avoid disruption.

  • Refrain from interrupting the mentor mid-explanation.

  • Keep mobile phones strictly on silent mode during sessions.

  • Step out discreetly if a call is unavoidable—however, the mentor will not repeat missed content.

  • Maintain undivided focus and show respect toward the mentor and fellow students.

• Students must inform the Academy at least 1 hour in advance if they cannot attend a class. Only in such cases will a recording be considered, at the Academy's discretion.

9. Doubt Solving and Extra Classes​

• All doubts will be addressed strictly through WhatsApp text, phone calls, or in-person discussions—only during official working hours.

• Extra sessions may be scheduled only if unanimously agreed upon by the entire batch.

10. Algo Trading Subscription (Optional & Separate)

• The Algo Trading Subscription is not included in the course fee.

• It will be offered only to students who:

  • Attend both the Technical Analysis and Options Trading courses in full.

  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of trading principles.

  • Pass internal testing and screening conducted by the Academy.

• The Academy is under no obligation to provide Algo access, and explicitly states that the learning course and Algo trading have no formal relationship beyond potential eligibility.

• The course fee covers only educational content, as outlined at the time of enrollment.

11. Repeater Batch & Camera Policy

• Students attending a repeater or revision batch are required to keep their camera on at all times during class.

• If a student repeatedly fails to do so despite prior warnings, Charts Talk Academy reserves the right to remove the student from the class without further access.

• Access to repeater or revision batches is a privilege, not a right. At Charts Talk Academy, we are committed to ensuring that every student gains a thorough understanding of the markets through consistent engagement and correct knowledge. Repeater access is extended only to those who follow class discipline sincerely.

12. Market Hours Conduct Policy

• The Academy values respectful communication, including greetings. However, during live market hours, even small non-trading messages can cause disruption.

• Students must strictly avoid greetings, reactions, or acknowledgements during market hours. Only urgent trading-related doubts should be communicated.

• Any non-essential message during this time may result in missed trades, overlooked queries, or execution delays.

• The Academy will be available only via WhatsApp text during market hours. Phone calls will not be entertained. Urgent matters requiring a call can be scheduled after market hours.

• Repeated violations of this policy may result in warnings or restricted access during trading sessions.

13. Technical Requirements

• The Student is responsible for ensuring stable internet, working devices, and compatible software.

• The Academy will not be held liable for technical issues on the Student’s side.

14. Modifications and Amendments

• The Academy reserves the right to alter course content, class schedules, or material formats at its sole discretion.

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change. All students—past, present, and future—shall be bound by the latest version upon publication.

15. Termination of Enrollment

• The Academy may terminate a student’s enrollment without prior notice in cases including (but not limited to):

  • Breach of any terms stated herein

  • Misconduct or repeated disruption

  • Unauthorized sharing of content

  • Violation of classroom policies

16. Privacy and Data Usage

• By enrolling, the Student consents to the Academy collecting and processing personal data as per its Privacy Policy and applicable Indian data protection laws.

17. Limitation of Liability

• The Academy provides educational services only. It does not offer stock tips, trading advice, or investment recommendations.

• The Academy is not liable for any trading or investment losses incurred by the Student.

18. Risk Disclosure

• Trading and investing involve substantial financial risk.

• The Student undertakes all such activities at their own discretion and assumes full responsibility for financial outcomes.

19. Regulatory Compliance

• The Academy complies with SEBI regulations and does not provide advisory, recommendation, or tip-based services.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

By enrolling in any course or service offered by Charts Talk Academy, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the above Terms and Conditions, including policies on conduct, payment, attendance, course access, and classroom discipline.
